Refund & 1-Click Credit Guarantee Policy

At AmieLove AI Studio, we want every cherished family portrait or couple video to look magical. Because generative AI can occasionally interpret lighting or poses unexpectedly, we provide two layers of protection:

1. Instant 1-Click Credit Re-Roll

Not happy with a generated video? Click the "Not satisfied? 1-Click Instant Credit Refund" button directly beneath your result video to immediately restore your 10 credits and generate again with a different photo or prompt—no support ticket needed.

2. Full Payment Refund Within 7 Days

If you purchased a Single Video Pass ($6.99) or Credit Pack and could not get a satisfactory result, email us within 7 days of purchase with your account email and we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method via Stripe.
